This page describes operating commitments, not a claim that every law, certification, security framework, or contract clause applies to every engagement. The controlling contract and applicable law determine specific requirements.

1. Scope and accountability

Revive & Shine Services, LLC seeks to conduct cleaning, consulting, community, commercial, and public-sector work honestly and responsibly. We review applicable requirements before accepting work and communicate material scope, safety, access, documentation, and performance expectations to the people assigned to an engagement.

2. Ethical procurement and government work

We support fair competition, accurate representations, responsible recordkeeping, avoidance of conflicts of interest, and compliance with applicable solicitation and contract terms. We do not offer improper payments, gifts, favors, or anything of value to influence a business or government decision.

SAM.gov entity registration is used to participate in eligible federal award activity. Registration, a Unique Entity ID, or visibility in SAM.gov does not itself represent an award, certification, responsibility determination, or government endorsement.

3. Respect, nondiscrimination, and accessibility

We are committed to professional treatment without unlawful discrimination or harassment. We seek to provide reasonable, accessible ways for customers and partners to communicate with us. People who encounter an accessibility barrier may contact us for assistance. The U.S. Department of Justice offers current guidance on web accessibility and the ADA.

4. Workplace health and safety

Work is planned around the facility, task, product labels, equipment instructions, site rules, and applicable occupational-safety requirements. We emphasize hazard communication, suitable personal protective equipment, safe chemical handling, incident reporting, and training appropriate to assigned duties. Contract-specific safety plans are developed when required. See OSHA’s official resources for federal workplace-safety information.

5. Environmental care

Where the scope permits, we seek practical ways to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary product use, follow disposal instructions, and select effective products appropriate to the surface and task. Product or environmental claims are not made unless supported by the manufacturer or an applicable standard. The EPA’s Safer Choice program provides information about qualifying cleaning products.

6. Website and contact-data handling

We collect the information visitors choose to provide through the request form, including contact details and project information. We use it to respond, prepare services, maintain business records, and prevent misuse. Requests are stored in a private business database and sent through our business email system. We do not ask visitors to place Social Security numbers, payment-card data, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in the general contact form.

Access is limited to authorized business purposes, and we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Service quality and records

We aim to define the scope before work begins, document material changes, communicate concerns promptly, and review performance against the applicable agreement. Records are maintained as appropriate for business, tax, insurance, customer, and contract obligations. Subcontractors, when used, are expected to meet the requirements assigned to their work.

8. Questions and reporting concerns

Customers, workers, vendors, and community partners may report a concern without using the public form if the information is sensitive. Contact services@reviveshineexperts.com or call 833-738-4830. We review good-faith concerns and prohibit retaliation where applicable law or policy provides protection.

9. Review and updates

These commitments may be updated as operations, contracts, and legal requirements change. Engagement-specific requirements remain governed by the applicable written agreement and law.
